how i work

Before strategy, before facilitation, before any recommendations — I spend time genuinely understanding the humans inside and around an organisation. What they need, what they fear, what they're not saying out loud. That's where the real work begins.

I use qualitative research methods — interviews, observation, cultural analysis — to go beneath the surface. I'm interested in what's actually happening, not just what people report is happening. I connect dots between people, teams and networks that others miss — and I translate what I find into something organisations can actually use.

I move fast when pace is needed and slow down when it isn't. I'm the person who cuts through ambiguity and gets things moving — but who also knows when to hold space, read the room and let something breathe. For growing organisations especially, that balance matters enormously. Speed without culture creates fracture. I help fast-moving organisations build the strategic clarity and cultural foundations that sustain growth without losing identity.

Scaling an organisation is the easy part. Scaling its soul is harder. I work with organisations at moments of growth or transition to ensure that what made them distinctive doesn't get lost in the momentum — developing people care practices, organisational narrative and partnership strategies that keep the culture coherent as things move fast.
